A Coaching & Facilitation retreat with CHRIS GRIMES of SECOND CURVE

Are you a Facilitator, a Workshop Leader or a Coach? Would you like the opportunity of spending some valuable time away, with the space to be able to reflect, to breathe and to learn more about your craft?

Would you like the opportunity to join in with a group of like-minded fellow practitioners, to learn some new ideas - hone your skills - coach and be coached - and share in some ‘best practice’?

If the answer to any of the above is a resounding “YES!” then this could be just the Coach’s retreat for you!

This is an invitation from Chris Grimes at Second Curve to join an ‘immersive exploration’ of Coaching and the nature of Facilitation: With the aim of providing you with some space and time away, in the glorious surroundings and hospitality of Lessoeursanglaises - to plan - to think - to reflect - and to find the inspiration to grow and develop in your work.

Is this you?

You may already be working as a Facilitator or a Workshop Leader. You may already be a Coach. You may be interested in being Coached - you may be interested in becoming a Coach - or you may even already be operating as a Coach’s Coach (get you!). But in any case, you’d like to invest some “quality time” in consolidating your work to develop your craft further - and to help those around you to get much Clearer and much more of “what they want” through the journey of their Coaching.

the event

Chris has helped literally hundreds of people over many years and describes Coaching as “listening in order to understand”.

He is intrigued by helping those that he Coaches to find their “inner geniuses”:  Your “inner genius” is the version of all of us that is completely “in flow” and unquestioning of our ability to know intuitively and exactly what to do and how to get there through the power of the Coaching and what it can unlock.

During this 3-day workshop, participants will have the opportunity to explore and share some best practices, insights and ideas with a powerful group of like-minded individuals. Plus you will be given the space and time to reflect - to breathe - to de-clutter - to clarify and to grow. And all within a safe and supportive environment.

There will also be some powerful questions (and answers) to gently “nudge you along the way” and help raise your levels of self-awareness: With the clear aim of encouraging you to take clear and powerful action once the course has finished, in order to grow and develop in your work.

Why Second Curve?

Second Curve is founded on the basis that as a successful individual, you are already on a trajectory or “curve”.

Invariably – as the trajectory of your curve begins to wane (as change is inevitable – nothing ever stays the same) new skills, approaches, mindsets or methodologies are required in order to attach yourself to your “second curve”, ideally before your original one has waned.

Helping you to get clearer about what is next and how to get there – and how to go about projecting yourself with greater clarity, purpose and authenticity – is how Chris Grimes can help.
